It’s A Winter Veggie Wonderland at Catering Concepts

As a catering company dedicated to using fresh ingredients and Georgia Grown produce, we love embracing the rich flavors of seasonal vegetables in our menus. The cooler months offer a bountiful selection of hearty, flavorful produce that not only delights the senses but also brings warmth to any gathering. From vibrant butternut squash to broccolini, winter vegetables are a staple in our dishes and have a well-deserved spotlight in our Winter Menu.

What do these delicious winter veggies bring to the table?

Butternut Squash is a winter favorite, offering a sweet, nutty flavor with a smooth, velvety texture. Its natural sweetness pairs wonderfully with savory herbs, making it perfect for roasting, soups, or even a delightful puree. Whether featured as a side dish or the main event, its rich color and taste make any plate pop.

Spaghetti Squash is another winter gem. When roasted, the flesh transforms into delicate, noodle-like strands that can be tossed with a variety of savory or sweet sauces.
